Do not buy a report until you know who must use it.

A clinician may be able to diagnose ADHD without producing the testing report a school or college asks for. A school evaluation may decide educational services without becoming a private medical evaluation. Ask the person requesting documentation what decision it must support, who may write it, and how current it must be.
