If your plan follows California access rulesCheck the appointment standardFor DMHC-regulated plans, the standard for non-urgent care with a non-physician mental health provider is 10 business days. Urgent care has shorter limits; a provider must document that a longer wait will not harm your health. Check which rules apply to your plan.
