Are Californians finding the site for decisions we can actually help with?
Organic entrances by California region and decision page; no user-level profile.
The useful question is whether a Californian found a decision, used an access route, or reached real care. We measure those movements in broad categories. We do not measure the private words that brought somebody here.
Are Californians finding the site for decisions we can actually help with?
Organic entrances by California region and decision page; no user-level profile.
Does a private search produce a starting point somebody chooses?
Search completions by result band and result selections by broad section and position band.
Does information lead toward an insurance, affordability, youth, work, perinatal or disaster route?
Broad homepage route selections and starts of the separate referral-interest form.
Are therapists and clinical reviewers asking to participate?
Successful one-notice signups by audience; never their credential, county or email.
Once verified listings open, do filters return options and do messages reach therapists?
Result-count and filter-count bands, contact-form opens, and successful deliveries—never profile identity or message content.
No traffic totals are printed here yet. Intent instrumentation began with this release. A zero-day chart would be decoration, not evidence. Reporting starts only after a complete comparison period exists.
Search text, keywords, page titles, destination URLs, county, city, specialty, insurance, diagnosis, therapist or profile identity, names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages and credential numbers are forbidden event parameters.
Unknown event names, unknown parameter names and unknown values are discarded in the browser before an analytics call can be made.
No analytics loads at all on crisis pages, self-checks, teen support, private confirmation or member links, therapist applications, or referral-interest forms. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable analytics everywhere else.

A search returning nothing means the information architecture needs work. A California route rarely chosen may be badly named or badly placed. A directory search returning no verified profiles means recruitment should follow the unmet aggregate—not the individual. A contact delivered is evidence of usefulness; it is not a lead to sell.
No event changes therapist ranking. No event creates an advertising audience. No event is joined to a notify, referral-interest, application, confirmation or contact record.
