Help for someone you care about.
You do not need the right label to start. Choose the situation closest to yours.
You are worried about your child.
Start with the kind of help you need: support at school, help paying for care, or a place to talk.
School is getting hard.
For missed classes, worries about school, or a request for more support. These pages help you prepare the next conversation.
You are helping a teen — or you are one.
There is a separate entrance written for teens. Parents can also read about privacy and what to ask before care starts.
Pregnancy or a new baby changed things.
Use the pregnancy and postpartum starting page for support contacts and care routes, including when help is urgent.
You are helping a parent, partner or friend.
Choose a page for the conversation in front of you. Caregivers need support too.
You need help paying for care.
Compare costs and coverage before you agree to a bill. Use the county pages to find the local public route.
Free coaching has its own door.
Coaching and therapy are different services. Check each program’s scope and privacy terms before signing up. These programs do not replace urgent care.
